I know my fellow MS members will agree that unusual mixes done right are welcomed.

One of the stranger mixes that I keep playing since it's release is DJ T - Fabric 51.



Give an example of a mix you think is unusual and weird in but done well.

i dig mixes done as such (need to probe my archives for examples soon). laurent garnier throws down some pretty gnarly/twisty multi-genre mixes.

oakey's first disk on Oslo was i guess....strange....for his style (dnb and such). but i really dig it. very underrated imo.

I actually didn't find it weird but others did NID 's Ride / No turning back in his kissfm [aust] mix. I really really love it !!

This is the stuff i listen to more than club type dj set mixes, which for the most part just bore me anymore.

Check out Worst Friends as well. Ryan Cavanagh (aka Slow Hands) is 1/2 of Worst Friends. They did a recent mix on Mr. No Music, couple of other really sick ones floating around too. if you can't find any, i'll upload some. Speaking of Slow Hands, super sleazy sexy slow housey stuff. love it.

Right now from the top of my head, I'd say that I fell in love with Nick Warren's Ambient Mix.
