    Do you mean the distros like Kalway and the like? I'd imagine they do. But Snow Leopard installed directly from disc for me (using a custom bootloader) - just burn the thing to a dual layer disc and you're away.

      Yeah I thought Hackintosh was a bit of a hassle to install due to the requirements for particular hardware and lack of drivers and stuff?

      So I could pick up any netbook and wack on the Mac OS with the boot loader now?? That would be sweet if so.

        Possibly, it's still not a guarantee that it will run and you may find you still have to search for a few kexts to add after it's installed to get a fully functioning system. Do a search for iboot on Google and the first result will give you all the info you need.
        It's never going to be quite as simple and straight forward as putting the CD in, and if something goes wrong it could be a bother trying to troubleshoot it.
