OMG...it's so HOT here in Toronto. 45 + with the 100% humidity. We had a major power outage a few days ago aswell....too many A/C's going. It's been going on all week but hopefully it'll break tomorrow. I hear New York is going through the same thing. The A/C in our bedroom is struggling to keep it at 25 and I'm pouring out 7 litres of water everyday from the dehumidifier. Sweat!!!!
Awww...I didn't mean A holes, as in "A holes"...I meant it like, as in, my friends....
Apparently it is going to break today as the thunderstorms roll in. Really looking forward to it!
We don't have A/C at home, so it has been a loooong hot week. Temperatures inside our house reached 88 yesterday!!

Life isn't about how to survive the storm, but how to dance in the rain.
Foolishly I decided to work in Paris for July. I've learnt a new French word though -- caniculaire. I miss air conditioning and the cold northern parts of England.
Fucking hot here too since last week. This Sunday it's supposed to reach 40 degrees and today it's fucking humid. My eyes have no water left thanks to air conditioners lol.
sure has been a scorcher for the rest of the world. the only place i'd like to be in is seattle right now. they have crap weather all year, and these few sizzling, clear weeks up there make that place one of the most beautiful on earth. what's really odd here in southern california, is that the marine layer (coastal on-shore flow, low-pressure systems that bring am and pm fog here) that is cyclically termed: "may gray" and "june gloom" has decided to skip the norm, and arrive in july --- not even receding in some places for weeks. sure has been gloomy here, in the 60s and 70s, but so very refreshing. gonna get hot here soon though. stay cool those in heat!
