If I remember correctly, that track was still unreleased when GU024 came out.

I remember Nick mentioning how important it is for him to bring out new talents in his compilations.
Which as well does in his soundgarden show now.

Far Away Trains Passing by album released in 2001, which is two years before GU024.
Ulrich just started to reach the surface, but i think more people found out about him a year after from involver, and then the following years he got the attention he deserves.
