Anyone use Adobe Premiere CS5?

I am use to using Sony Vegas. Oh how glorious Sony Vegas was...but now I am using Premiere which I suck with. I cant customize pixel size like height and width in the sequence or even export options. It is driving me nuts. I need to make a project 1200x720 but the only options or closet option I get is 1280x720 which leaves black bars on the right and left side. Anyone know?
