In Plain sight is a collaborative effort of djs Ezekiel, Lucas Ledford and Nomad in the Dark. Their production has recently caught the ear of electronic music icons like Sasha, Neil Quigley and Paolo Mojo and has received regular support from them.
Nomad in the Dark is Sasha’s pick for Breakthrough Producer/ Dj for 2009 (DJMAG). He has been described as one of “the leading prog producers of the moment” by Harley Austin of Kiss FM in Melbourne Australia. Since 2008 his productions have received steady support and have been charted by the likes of Sasha, John Digweed, Hernan Cattaneo and Nick Warren and have been regularly featured on John Digweed’s show Transitions, as well as on Neil Quigley’s Pacemaker show and Pete Tong’s Essential Selection on Radio 1. His own dj mixes have been featured on Kiss FM in Melbourne Australia, Pure.fm and on Proton Radio where his Dj mix for Dave Seaman’s Audio Threapy recordings reached the number one spot keeping John Digweed out of the top spot.
Lucas Ledford and Ezekiel are two of the most innovative progressive house djs and producers in the region and have played alongside, and won accolades from Sandra Collins, Roger Sanchez, Steve Porter and D:Fuse to name a few and have been featured on Proton Radio, XM and Frisky Radio. They both have individual releases upcoming on Stripped Recordings (UK).
The three met in 2005 and since then have djed and produced together as The Bandit and now as In Plain Sight. Their mixes have won numerous accolades and have been featured on Pure.fm. They have remixed upcoming pioneers Fedrico Epis and Silinder as well as scene heavyweights like Quivver and Steve Mill .The trio are currently putting together a mix for Kiss Fm in Australia. They are also scheduling tour dates around the country and have been invited to play in the UK at Stripped’s residency in London.
