    Ebay people

I've sold something over Ebay. It was bought this morning and the buyer has sent the payment. However an hour later ebay sent me an email saying that the listing had been took off due to a terms of use violation. Does anybody know what happens in this situation? Will the Paypal transaction stand or will that also be refunded?

You should ask this question in a Nigerian forum ... I am pretty sure they will sort you out

You were selling something that got taken down? If they sent you the paypal pament already can't you just cancel it or whatnot and have the money sent back to them?

First thing! Make sure the email did come from Ebay. Sounds strange that a listing has been removed after it is sold. Unless the buyer is involved in some way. Maybe check very nicely with your buyer. I wouldn't do anything at all until I knew exactly what is happening and why. ! Whatever don't send the item, as Paypal will tell you to do. If there is any issue at all Paypal will hold your money. A lot of buyers use paypal to get something for nothing. I buy and sell on Ebay and have done so for a few years. Ebay/Paypal can be a nightmare. If you want to discuss more feel free to pm . Good luck one way or the other.
