no, you didn't get a bad copy. you're actually hearing a *bad mix* from digweed between "lonestar-new kicks" and "rowan blades & chris lake - filth (untitled)". it's one of rare instances that digweed wrecks. so instead of going full force with the wreck, he just used the fader to kill the first song and brought in the next song.

there could've been many reasons for wrecking. didn't have enough time to beatmatch, idiot fan that might have touched the decks, being trashed, bad equipment, or just plain messed up.

he came to my city in march and i can recall many of the tunes he played that night by listening to the last 1/4 of this set. near the end, in one instance, he wrecked so badly that he actually turned off the tables, a few seconds of silence, and then he started with the next song. well, even monkeys fall from trees i guess. but all djs wreck from time to time so it's ok in my book.

maybe one of the reasons diggers didn't want this set going around is b/c of the wreck? hmmm....

To be honest it sounds more like the CD/Record is skipping/jumping,thus Digweed decides to hurridly move into next track....

Indeed, that New kicks track was already skipping way before the transition --> so doesn't seem a wreck to me either

It was never available on here. You might find it on soulseek. Diggers ask us not to trade it anymore b/c it was leaked out without his permission. Great set but good luck trying to get though.

Cool, thanks guys. I just wanted to know if anyone else had that "flaw" in their set. I can't fault the man for what he does so well.
