Not sure if they are waterproof... but I will test them in the next couple of days.... I am going to guess most likely not

not sure about airline approved... I would guess they are since they are sold in sky mall magazine for 200.00
sorry no warranty... wait till walmart has them and then you can have that warranty.. we are small company...dont have that type of backing...
