I finally got my new laptop and internet hooked up at home. Now I can check out MS at home...yipeeee Everything is great except one very very important thing. When I go to the downloads section of MS and put in the password, and I put in the correct password, nothing happens. It just goes back to the downloads page. Now I have been using MS for about 3 years now and I have never had this problem. I am using Mozilla as my web brouser (I do this at work and have no problems). By the way I cant download anymore at work due to more strict rules. Can someone please help me get this issue staightened out or have any clues as to what I may be doing wrong. It would be greatly appreciated. :P

what browser are you using... i got a mac and it seems to do the same thng when i use safari...
try explorer -
make sure any pop-up blockers are disabled/pop-ups allowed for mercuryserver..
I finally did that for mine; beforehand was all 'hacking' methods to get the damn links

Yeah, tried to us Internet Explorer but the same thing happened. That sounds like the trick. What section do I go to and disable the pop-up blockers? Thanx for the fast responseDJBComment

if you need to get past the blockers, just use the CTRL function while clicking on what you wanna download.Comment
