Be on the Lookout for the new "So Long Sydney" EP coming out tomorrow on Ware Digital. so without further ado, Enjoy the Mix...... and stay NOICE!... Hailing from the huge metropolis that is Istanbul, Philogresz, aka Ilker Soylu’s, confidence and on stage experimentation with complex beats and percussive lines have taken him across Europe to share his moody, melodic, and organically composed, yet bold and unbounded techno. After moving to the Netherlands in 2002, Philogresz began his education in music production at the Art Academy of Utrecht (HKU) and continued at the School of Audio Engineering (SAE), where he was immediately inspired to add new dimensions to the Dutch music scene. With this goal in mind, he created his own booking agency, 078 Productions, and has established himself as a talented producer and promoter in the four years since. Philogresz has earned plaudits for his music, released on Secret Cinema’s imprint, TEAM records, for which Philogresz is currently responsible for label and A&R management, as well as on Ware, 3rd Wave, Perplex, Manual, Gastspiel, Prog city Deep Trax, Stolen Moments, Magnitude and Sound Architecture, among others. A producer of the deeper moods of techno, he has garnered the attention of Dubfire, Luciano, Sasha, Ricardo Villalobos, Martin Eyerer, Joris Voorn, Karotte, Steve Lawler, Rejected, Rulers of the Deep, Tyler Stadius, Matthias Schaffhäuser, Laurent Garnier and many more. A TEAM records artist, he released ‘Debut on Blackwarm EP,’ including remixes of Secret Cinema and Qbical, which earned applause from the international media, including DJBroadcast, Ibiza Voice, Beatfreax and The Clubbing. His second EP on TEAM, 'The Dark Side,' has also left Philogresz’s imprint on the techno scene. www.myspace.com/philogresz
