State of Emergency - 9 years later

Well Obama has declared that the US is still in a State of Emergency. This is important because this play on words allows the gov't to tip toe around the constitution and perform illegal acts on the American people. In the paper of course this is just to ready the National Guard which is a load of crap. It is really to allow the laws that have been passed when there is a state of emergency.

I guess the real question is has Obama changed or done anything different then Bush... I would like to hear from the Democrats on here to explain to me how Barry is different than Bush.
