This event is the second installment of a monthly series exclusive to Los Angeles and NYC. Not just a return to the residency format, Fundacion also is the platform Sasha has chosen to debut his newest performance medium- a prototype wave file controller he created to maximize interaction with the breakthrough software program, Ableton Live. Foregoing both the vinyl and CD format, this cutting edge technology allows for sound manipulation that combines the aesthetics of the dj set with the spontaneity and freedom of the live performance. Representing the future of DJ culture, Fundacion will be a pivotal point in the future evolution of dance music worldwide.
