I had them real bad once...lasted for several hours. I tried everything ~ but you know what worked?

I breathed in as much as my lungs would hold...then exhaled completely. I did this about 10 times...then they went away.

Today I had the 4 times. It`s always the same, if I get them once I know I`m gonna get em at least another 3 times in that same day.

This is what I do. Take in a deep breath and hold it for as long as I can. Then Exhale ALLL the air in your lungs and then don't inhale again for as long as you can. Then inhale another deep breath and repeat. For some reason this works every time for me.

I am getting very lightheaded should i stop?
