Well it is official that the average American worker (slave) is on their own. The world has decoupled from them and even Wallstreet has managed to separate themselves from the biggest debtor of the world. The proof was announced on Friday when nearly 100,000 jobs were lost in September and the Dow actually went up 53 points. This is unheard of. The reason it went up is because huge investors such as Buffett and Soros know that another round of huge stimulus is coming because of the bad jobs report.... The Stimulus hasn't worked!! It won't work. It can't work!! Jobs need to be created by the private sector. The only way stimulus can actually work is through innovation. And by innovation I mean small business innovation. Start ups and early stage businesses. Having to big to fail banks hoard the money and then give the rest to major corporations for innovation is laughable.
Nobody is hiring because main street is dead. Wall street knows this and that is why they are going to expect stimulus forever. Trickle down economics NEVER works. People are to greedy. The gap between the rich and poor in the US has never been greater in the last century. Yes you read that correctly the GAP BETWEEN THE RICH AND THE POOR HAS NEVER BEEN GREATER in the US in the last century. So just because you have your Iphone or Blackberry and are still making your payments on your leased car doesn't mean that you are still doing ok. In reality you are becoming poorer by the moment.
