Caught between over-charged megacities and the most tranquil regions of the Japanese archipelago, Yabuzch has voluntarily opted for a Zen philosophy and for soft music. The two titles that make up this first trip are very quiet, moving slowly on the bottom of relaxed chords and enchanted pads, and stretching languorously, to lead quietly his audience to meditation places.
In this way, 'Thoughts Of Kyoto' is constructed as an addition of notes, which gradually become entangled, forming a halo of hypnotic sounds and comforting. Even if it lasts more than 11 minutes, it is almost impossible to leave his attraction. It's like this combination could suspend time and make disappear everything around listeners. 'Waves Of Peace' is another moment of pure serenity, rocked by a warm blast, by the swinging of sounds, or by the endless reverberations of a syncopated piano.
