October demo is finished, after weeks of searching and programming. As the title suggests, it's a bit of a contradiction. This month's challenge was the juxtaposition of some monstrous tech house rumblers and the deeper atmospheric progressive which my friends have come to expect. The result is a hybrid sound that incorporates some wicked grooves and celestial melodies into a tech house framework. Three times it was nearly complete, when some incredible new track came to my attention and transformed the entire soundscape, forcing me to begin again from scratch. Many thanks to the pioneers who create these tunes, and the friends who coaxed me into completing this work. While I have not included a track listing as of yet, I am happy to provide IDs to fellow selectors upon request. Thanks for listening, enjoy.
