          It doesn't neccesarily have to be all good or bad, as long as the coverage doesn't tend to emphasize on side of the story.

            awww look at those iraqis...enjoying their freedom...how touching. we truly are liberators!

            i think what th bottom line is is that many of us haven't been mature and intelligent during a time of war in our lives before. and we don't know what it's like or how it's portrayed. i was living in the middle east during the first gulf war, and i vaguely remember the propaganda and such, but i was only 9 years old and didn't understand what was really going on.

            just because there's a war and we think our intentions are good doesn't mean that there is anything "positive" to report from iraq.
