i think what th bottom line is is that many of us haven't been mature and intelligent during a time of war in our lives before. and we don't know what it's like or how it's portrayed. i was living in the middle east during the first gulf war, and i vaguely remember the propaganda and such, but i was only 9 years old and didn't understand what was really going on.
just because there's a war and we think our intentions are good doesn't mean that there is anything "positive" to report from iraq.Comment
