I didn't plan on adding a tab for it until we can get more data populated, but if you think it's worth adding I can do it to see how it goes. I wish more people were using it

Yea, I would recommend adding it up top with all the other tabs. A lot of people might miss it if it's under another category. It should be its own. I'm sure you can get plenty of labels signing up, just judging by how flooded the New Releases section gets.

This can also be useful for [ms] artists who want to brainstorm about which label to send their latest track to.

I noticed some tiny bugs... when you click on the Label Database tab, it highlights both the DJ Database and Label Database at top. Also, when you click Refresh, the chart on the top right keeps changing.

This isn't used at all. 3 months and I've had two labels submit... it's embarrassingly empty

I'm thinking about disabling it for a while and letting the focus remain on the DJ Database

Sorry, I can submit some today. I know it was my idea. When I posted the press release for my label's latest release a few weeks ago, there was no option to tag the label :/

quick question regarding genre: should the db be focused priamarly on electronc and EdM?

I added a few new labels just now. I wasn't able to tag any artists other than myself though. I would suggest removing the section titled moniker(s) since it doesn't apply for labels.

I just fixed the tagging issue.

I'm still not convinced that we should keep it, though... I appreciate your attempt to add it, but one person adding a couple record labels isn't going to make it look like a valuable resource. When people visit it and see a weak list of record labels, and we lose credibility.

Why don't you hide it for the general public instead of erasing it completely, so that certain users can still add records.

That is my plan... I'm going to hide the Labels on the artist page from the general public, and set it so only those who create the artist can see it. I'm also going to remove the tab from the top. All functionality will still exist, I just want to make it less apparent until we can generate a bit of content
