Born in Montevideo in early 80`s and raised in Barcelona, he’s been in contact with electronic music since very young, and at the early age of 13 he became interested in production, performing amateur jobs for several years. Always investigating and innovating, his style veered towards deep and techno house.
In 2005 having done sessions in Eibisi Granollers together with Mikel Molina and Puku, The Club in Jerez de la Frontera with The Lucian, Club Beethoven Barcelona with Sergio Lamas, Santavita Sabadell with Oskar G & Chopi… he defines his style as rhythmic and effective, leaving commercial archetypes behind.
He has done several jobs and remixes for different labels around the world… stamping a personal touch in each of them. Actually Geremy is currently in labels formed by Molina, John Jacobsen, Jose Franco, Pedro del Moral, Dj Ruff, Fran Nicolas, Xavi Beat, Javi Mula, David Herrera, David Moreno, Quakesound, Biosonik, Victor Gonzalez, Basilio de la fuente, Desk One and Matt Sanchez among others.
Our Seventy Eighth release over Progrezo Records, and forty fifth installment on Black Series, comes from one of rising talents established in Barcelona, GEREMY BARRIOS, debuting on Progrezo Records with a dynamic EP of groovy Tech House beats entitled “BARCELÖ EP”, featuring 4 original tracks of overwhelming rhythms, live percussions, dance bass-lines, next to an autentique flamenco voice touch, aimed straight to the dance-floor.
