    Sure fire cure for headches

So I was looking through internet sites to find a way to cure bad headaches, such as a migraine. i came across one site that had tons of advice, such as this lovely gentleman's advice. completely caught me off guard as every other entry is pretty normal. then i though to myself........ i wonder how many people have read that and actually tried it:

I 've had migraines for 3 years now. I've found that if
you rubpeanut butter on you genitals the headache will usually subside
in about 6 hours. always works for me.

Should I fuck you at that not until the ass, inject then tremendously hard bumschen and to the termination in the eyes yes?

I had the same problem before and still have it now and then. If you've done alot of drugs in the past, it'll make it harder for you to feel better. migraines are from the synapses in the brain are lackin the neurotransmitter that is usually depleted from drug use. Not saying you did, but thats my experience. Try eat good proteins, especially ones loaded with tryptophan (like turkey) and consume alot of vitamin b6. Tryptophan + Vit B6 = serotonin (neurotransmitter)

having some caffeine (a soda or something) when you feel the migraine coming on can help a lot.
i think it has something to do with how caffeine makes your blood vessels contract...maybe someone here knows

I've heard that it is actually because of caffine withdrawls. Usually happens when people have a weekend and they don't drink coffee where as, had they been at work they would have had some.

'Normal' headaches are caused by not enough oxygen transpored into your braincells (what happens next I don't know - might have something to do with transmitter release, uptake or production). This in turn is usually caused by muscle contraction - which simply contracts vesicles. A good massage on your neck should bring immediate effect. A simpler method is to put one hand on your neck, bend your head backwards and let it lay loosely - so that all it's weight lays on the hand and the muscles naturally relax. Good relaxation is always fine for your head - that's where the peanut butter might help

Abnormal headaches - migraine is more complex and probably has something to do with deviations in electrical activity of neurons (this again might be caused by some neurotransmitter problem). No easy cure for that.

Caffeine on the other hand is a protagonist of paracetamol - which is the most common painkiller. Most of the 'extra strong' painkillers contain caffeine as it simply improves the effects of the drug. Having a coffee after taking a pill should have the same effect.

somone knows their pharmacology and physiology

tylenol, asprin, and ibuprofen (among others) are NSAID's...non-steroidal anti-inflamitory drugs. caffine, and any other drug that dialates blood vessels or increases blood flow, will help them work more efficiently.

another cause of headaches can be due to your spine being out of alignment. a visist to a chiropractor can often help

                            Just curious.
