TGIF..so glad this week is over. Been working a lot and also got my flat painted this week so work didn't end when I came home. This evening will be low and I will be early in bed and tomorrow I am going to a small party from a friend of mine. This week we got LOTS of snow again and had some nice chaos on the streets. Traffic jams lasting 30 kilometers, people not able to leave the Autobahn over night because of the jams, police and ambulance cars not able to reach them for a hot tea and something to eat and even the gritters had to be rescued and got stuck in the snow. This is what I am seeing right now when I look outside of the window:

The past week has been a very sad and very stressful one for me. I look forward to relaxing and hanging out with my family this weekend. Finishing up my xmas shopping tomorrow, then we are at my parents place on Sunday for our familes Christmas dinner with my Aunt, Uncle, cousins and their families. I love this time of year for getting to hang out with loved ones.
