^^^ See, it's just a guy thing which I don't get Which is what I said at the beginning. I don't want to watch it, I want to be a part of it.!! For me it's all about the dancing. !! Being up in the booth would actually be really uncomfortable for me. Because it also means thousands of people can be watching the booth.

The thing I am really jealous about is not being there for Chinese Massage - rockets and ponies. I've only ever danced to that in my lounge room oh and my workshop Which was huge mistake, I knocked over a tin of woodstain

Btw kassio, I am always assuming the club has a really good sound system. If it didn't, the monitors might not be good either.

well, it was different for me, been invited by Hernan to the event, and had a great time in the booth with him, talking to him and with my girl and diego, was amazing for me
and certainly had my fair share of dancing too! it's incredible the energy you receive being there

LOL no dancing in the workshop anymore ?

I don't like the VIP kind of thing either and i definitely wouldn't feel comfortable being watched by thousands tbh BUT it would be a good experience.. i mean IF you were invited by Hernan to be there in the booth you would say no? especially you! ??

DI , having a pair of good monitors is not as hard as having a whole good soundsystem imo.

I would say no, at the most say hello and take off, I know my place. See you guys are looking at what you want from Hernan, not what I would want. I get what I want on the dancefloor .

I get you on the monitors, but they are irrelevant to my dance experience, you know, out there on the dancefloor.

JZ is one guy you would want to be in the booth with, done it twice and every time it was a blast, i went home thinking that JZ staged everything and had a pre recorded set playing from how smooth he made things seem and the crazy tweaks with the efx,
but i see your point too Di, there are def moments where you would just want to be between the crowds feeling the vibe the dj sets amongst them.

I don't even like being on JZ's dancefloor. His music is too harsh for me. I understand why people love him and I've been close enough to watch the wizardry and be suitably impressed by that But I neeeeed my melody.

he'll give you melody, not like hernan of course, but he sometimes drops some unforgettable tingling melodies

JZ is undoubtedtly one of the most skillful ones out there and if he minimized he's skills a bit he could have been better imo

Spot on, less wizardry, more melody !! We have a DJ here like that , Phil K , absolutely brilliant Dj , can play anything really well. But loves his wizardry as well, and I wish he didn't

^^ Never heard of Phil K before, they just love messing with the mixer and decks all the time these guys, I saw Max Graham scratch on vinyl before and he wasn't bad, he only did it for a couple minutes though.
