messing with the brain is a bit scary tho..
i used to always suffer from it for a couple of days after shows, and the only thing that actually worked is to have music playingLife's pretty fast..blup..blup...We made it!!Comment

I've learned to deal with mine over the past 10 years. Only hear it sometimes at night, the real shitty thing is that I do have some mild hearing loss, too. Take care of your ears!Comment

^I have had a constant high pitch ringing in my ears for as long as I can remember. It is always there and has gotten a little worse over the last 5 years or so. I've had it so long that I don't really notice it, plus I don't think I have too bad of a case of it. I've never gotten an official diagnosis though, even though I got a referral to an audiologist, I've just never gone.
Every once in a great while it will bother me when I am trying to go to sleep and it's very quiet. It will bug me because it sounds super loud, but that is pretty rare. The most annoying thing is when there is background noise, ie like at a restaurant etc I always am saying 'what', because it is hard for me to hear exactly what people are saying that I'm talking to. I know sometimes I turn on the subtitles for movies though so I can be sure I'm hearing what people are saying, so that can't be good.Comment
