In all fairness it is a real grey area. We don't post frisky sets here but Dave Seaman posts them on his Soundcloud and then we post his Soundcloud here. If anyone should be annoyed at anyone it should be transitions at Jimmy for posting it so soon after the broadcast. Similar when James Zabiela released his Essential Mix last year.

I don't see it as grey, . MS asked us not to post anything higher than 128 before homegrove. That's pretty simple. Nothing ambiguous about it . When and where Jimmy posts it has nothing to do with us. Posting it here does . What happens with Nick Warren and James Zabiela doesn't alter in any way that very simple request. Hopefully more people will be made aware of that request because of this.

It's only a link to Soundcloud, and soundcloud links have always been ok to post. Still bumpin this mix! Digweeds part is damn good as well. Love the first track Digweed plays.

Would help if we understaood the reason only 128 rips are allowed before Homegrove's 192. If it's so MS has exclusive access to 192 rips provided by Homegrove, then it would seem a 320 release from the DJ would supersede any home rips.

DIDI, I understand your point I just don't see any reason for arguing with MS... They do what they want... There are many other places to get the transitions show. I too don't realy understand what's up with there rules for transitions show , but I just download it someplace else

You obviously don't understand my point. There is no need to argue with MS, but this is their platform which they generously provide to us, perhaps we could respect their wishes?? This really validates what I say often, with so many people it's about being first .
