Cool, the results of an election are more important than the constitutional implications of someone who forged/modified his records to "prove" eligibility for office. Only in dumbed down Amerika or another similar banana republic would that be the case.

Problems exposing the lack of a 1961 LFBC:
What am I missing? This adds up. A handwritten index registering the birth could be enough for an annoucement in the newspaper but not enough to get a real LFBC. Obviously something was missing that was needed to fully register the birth. Obama may have filed that information in 2006 (or some other time), but it resulted in a delayed certificate, not an official LFBC and thus not a legal COLB. None of this means Obama was not born in Hawaii, only that he cannot legally prove it, and that he has pulled a scam to fool people into thinking he has a fully legal certificate, except that Hawaii won't and/or can't back him up with documented proof.
- There's no proof an original long form birth certificate was ever filed at the time of Obama's birth
- A birth was registered, but with several details unknown - MAYBE matching some of the details on the forged COLB, but not enough to legally prove facts of birth
- A registered birth would have been enough to prompt an announcement in the newspapers, even if not sufficient to produce a LFBC
- Obama was probably adopted at age 4 and became Soebarkah "Barry" Soetoro, Indonesian citizen, and probably then had an Indonesian birth certificate
- When Barak Sr. returned to Hawaii in 1971, it was to help annul the adoption and complete or sign off on any incomplete paperwork regarding Barry's birth in Hawaii
- Barry traveled on his mother's passport until she removed Soebarkah from it in 1968
- In Hawaii, Barry either legally or illegally resumed using the name Barack Hussein Obama II
- In 2006, Obama decided to run for president and realized he didn't have a legal U.S. birth certificate, so he filed to "complete" the birth certificate that year
- In June 2007, he requested a birth certificate and received a COLB that indicated details he did NOT want released to the public
- In February or March 2008, he forged or illegally modified the COLB with a number not belonging to him
- On June 12, 2008, the jpg of the alleged COLB was posted and distributed to select media and partisan cohorts
- Summer 2008, HI DOH is deluged with requests for a real birth certificate and/or verification of the alleged COLB (they were caught by surprise)
- In August 2008, factlack dot org publishes a piece online with photos of the alleged COLB, yet the EXIF data reveals the photos were taken in March 2008. factlack scrubs the EXIF data to hide that they may have assisted in the creation of a forged/illegally modified COLB.
- In October 2008, Chiyome Fukino discovers no birth certificate from 1961 and carefully crafts statement to call the delayed certificate an "original birth certificate"
- In July 2009, Fukino releases a second statement the same day the House passes a resolution for Hawaii's 50th birthday and inserts statement saying Obama was born in Hawaii. Fukino cites this statement as well as the delayed certificate as "original vital records" in claiming Obama was born in Hawaii
- New governor of Hawaii announces he can only find handwritten birth index but not an actual LFBC
Problems exposing the lack of a 1961 LFBC:
- Obama refuses to release a 1961 LFBC.
- Fukino's mentions an "original birth certificate" in October 2008, but changes verbiage to "original vital records" in July 2009 in order to claim Obama was born in Hawaii. The only document needed for such a claim is a legal birth certificate. The only reason to change the verbiage is if the BC is insufficient to prove the place of birth.
- DOH answers UIPA requests from skeptics that reveal an amendment was made to the birth records. They deny access to copies of the records. If no such documentation of an amendment existed, they would have legally had to say so.
- Certificate number on factlack dot org photos out of sequence with Nordyke twins. Statement by DOH and date of newspaper announcements affirm this is not possible, thus a clue there is no original birth certificate for Obama. The certificate number most likely belongs to a child who was deceased shortly after birth.
- DOH goes out of its way to avoid releasing index data related to the certificate number. If it was legit, the DOH could have legally confirmed it.
- OIP spokesperson affirms that the DOH released a copy of the seal that is supposed to be on Obama's actual BC. The seal on the COLB does not match it.
