know whats really stupid. in NYC (all 5 boroughs) they are telling people that they face fines and then criminal charges, if they dont clean off te sidewalks and if they put snow in the street...... remember that most of the houses in the 5 bouroughs (outside of nicer areas in staten island and queens) done have front lawns.... so where do they put it?> also, the plows dont even think twice about plowing your car in.your life is an occasion, rise to it.
