Their first album (which didn't have Fergie on it), actually isn't that bad a hip hop album. Nothing hugely notable, but still reasonably decent hip hop.
I don't really think I can fault a bunch of guys trying to make a success of themselves, even if it is at the cost of good taste.

fergie came in, ruined a decent act. (not a great act by all means but right, a decent one. maybe one that had potential, too).

it would be like krs-one adding gwen steffani. i wouldn't fault him for wanting to be more succesfull, but damn....at what cost? i can definitely blame the BEP for the terrible music they make, can't i?
