I'm disappointed that people are abusing the DJDB for their entertainment. This isn't the first time it has happened, and each time it causes me extra work to delete the shit so we're a legit site. I'd appreciate if the thread tagging were respected rather than abused

I think you've missed the point... the reason it exists is so members can subscribe to artists and get instant notifications of new downloads that are tagged. It's not just a "a picture." When you tag a thread, everyone who is subscribed to the artist gets instantly notified that they have new content to download. It's misleading all of the subscribed members when they see things like this in their RSS and [ms] alerts, and it fills the artist page with irrelevant content.

well write a rule on ms regarding this type of use for as u can see from this is that the system is open to "abuse", i,m sure one time isnt going to hurt and if it does then why dont u remove it, i dont know when the last time i seen a tiesto set posted on ms so i cant imagine there would be many subscriptions and even if there was i dont see the argument in trying to bring more people to a discussion on a discussion board....all i,m trying to say is that its not the end of the world

No man, it's not the end of the world. I just wished that the lack of a documented "Don't abuse [ms]" rule didn't mean that abuse was welcome. I'm just trying to look out for the members who do like Tiesto--those who legitimately want his music are being spammed when threads are tagged like this. I'm sorry if I came off as a jerk, it wasn't my intent. I guess I just have big hopes here

if i'd known u took it so seriously i wouldn't of done it, you didnt look like jerk and i hope i didnt, i was only trying to inject a bit of my humour which in all honesty has got me in trouble on ms before

I'm not protecting Adam. He is a very good friend of mine, so of course I am going to speak up when I feel needed. I know the countless hours he has been putting in with regards to the DJDB and so many other great new features. I just think it should be appreciated and if people are causing him extra work, then it frustrates me (and other friends of his on here) so I am going to speak up
