1) the first clip where the woman is talking about mississippi - that's been proven as a hoax.
2) there are two other videos made from two different people at the same time that are standing roughly right next to each other. they're using two different cameras. it's still up in the air whether they're hoaxes or not - but there's nothing convincingly substantive to declare it a hoax. take that for what you will.
3) there's another video that's from a different vantage point than the above two guys which is much closer - also no conclusion on whether it's a hoax or not.
4) michael cohen is a notorious ufo hoaxer - some believe that the very fact he had these videos before others makes the videos per se hoaxes. other say that it's not determinative since he's merely a middle-man for releasing the videos. make of that what you will.

apparently after the initial clip came out someone made a hoax clip to make it seem like the whole event never happened.. word on the net is that one of them is real and one of the clips is a hoax.

i'm still not wholly convinced by the shaky camera bit though. i'm not going to go into lengthy detail as to why, but i think whether it's a hoax or not has not been determined conclusively either way. i think the only real way to sort this out is to find the peeps who took the vids.
