it would sukk if he found out that you said something and just get repremanded. you'd ideally want him fired. i doubt you can change the locks on him. what would work well i think is tell the people you will leave if he doesnt(even if you plan not to). cause i am sure you could break what ever lease you have with them for this. at the end of the day they want to keep you happy. say they dont fire him, you leave and tell everyone else in the building what happened...not smart on their part to keep him

you could just tell the office that you don't want maintenance people over there while you are not home. legally, they cannot enter your apartment then. if it happens again, the apartment and YOU have record of this first incident and you could file suit if it happened again. the only problem is, you couldn't prevent it from possibly happening again and no telling what the guy'd do.

sorry to hear dude, but I'd definitely report that shit. even if they don't do anything about it again, you can have a great case on your hands if you catch it again. bait 'em. also might want to file a police report, and/or tell the complex you're doing it.

kinda depends upon what it is that you want to accomplish. If you want to get him fired, you should definitely tell management about it -- if the place values its customers, he'll be gone, b/c that's fucked up by any standard. Furthermore, if you want new locks and want to make sure that this dude no longer has a key, they're probably going to want to know why or may figure that he's up to no good, so he may end up getting canned anyway.

If you just want to vent or suspect that the place wouldn't fire his ass for whatever reason, there probably isn't much good that would come from telling anyone right now, because it might create an uncomfortable situation (at a minimum) going forward.

He's already done it once and (for now) gotten away with it. Does this mean he's wiping his brow and pledging to never do it again? Or is he emboldened by the fact that he basically got caught with no ramifications. There's an unpredictable element about a guy that thinks that sitting in a stranger's house and watching their porn is OK -- I'd want him outta there superfly.

Expose the fucker, tell the office exactly what happened that he went thru every single DVD that you have found pornography and was watching it while you were out of your house. And unless he is fired you don?t feel comfortable in living in this place. Also tell them if he is not fired you will call every newspaper in town to report the incident. Demand they change the lock and never visit your apartment without you being present. And if there is an emergency and you are not home send two people. If you live in the decent place they would not want any negative publicity. You are doing for every tenant at that place. Also ask the management what kind of employee screening procedures they have, because obviously it is not working.
