Question About Breast Implants

My girl is a small little thai girl and her girlfriend has offered to pay for implants($4500). My question is does anyone have any experience with breast implants? My girl is confused and a little scared of getting them but she has always really wanted them.

I'm neutral because I told her it is her choice and I would support her either way. But in reality I am hoping she gets them kind of.

Interesting her friend has offered to pay $4500, I would caution against that part of the equation personally.

Smalll ones are prettier and they do tend to last better. Although obviously implants last .

I don't know... If I was girl, I wouldn't put implants.
I'm boy , and love big boobs, but I like the body to be natural
