Mercury Promote Problems

I am having problems with Mercury Promote.

First of all, do I have to create a new account to use [MP]?

Secondly, anytime I try to view a post, I get this error-

phpBB : Critical Error

Could not get theme data for themes_id [2]

What do I need to do to fix this?

I cant post on Mercury Promote, thats why I posted here. I cant post until I log in, and everytime I try to log in or set up a new account, I get the error message -

Could not get theme data for themes_id [2]

Does anyone else have this problem?
