    Re: Libya

    Your words not mine.

    Surprise, surprise.
“A nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within. An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and carries his banner openly. But the traitor moves amongst those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself. For the traitor appears not a traitor; he speaks in accents familiar to his victims, and he wears their face and their arguments, he appeals to the baseness that lies deep in the hearts of all men. He rots the soul of a nation, he works secretly and unknown in the night to undermine the pillars of the city, he infects the body politic so that it can no longer resist. A murderer is less to fear.”

^ Your statement is retarded and I really didn't want to waste my time commenting on it. But in the spirit of discussion I will.

We are talking about the government using jets to fire rockets onto an unarmed and innocent civilians. The reason why we are talking about No Fly Zones.

        Need I go on?

So firing on unarmed citizens by a gov't is wrong then correct? We agree? If so good.

^ C'mon reso, we've been around long enough to understand and know where we all stand on certain issues.

You know the answer to that "question".

If it makes you happy, then go right ahead and pass time, reso style.

Let me put this in terms you can relate to:

What if you and your friends started protesting that the Australian gov't stop brewing Fosters, stop selling boomerangs and also burn every DVD ever made starring Paul Hogan. During this protest the Australian Police started shooting you and your friends because they deemed this protest harmful to their government interests. This must be perfectly acceptable by you, following your logic above, no?
I read a lot of absolutely ridiculous posts in these forums and this one is right up there
