I mean fucking hell, on what planet have you been living, seriously? Iraq, Aghanistan, Pakistan and you want the US the "stop" the stupid killings?
You're so confused in your opinion, its turning into a popcorn debate. You sound like one the blokes who comes onto forums to "say the right thing" without realizing you're dishing out conflicting opinions in the haste of posting.

The armed conflict started out non-violent and turned violent BECAUSE Ghadaffi started killing innocent people. Perhaps now you can read this thread again without getting personal because it's making a mockery of the issue at hand rather than trying to prove just how smart (?) you really are.

Let me put this in terms you can relate to:

What if you and your friends started protesting that the Australian gov't stop brewing Fosters, stop selling boomerangs and also burn every DVD ever made starring Paul Hogan. During this protest the Australian Police started shooting you and your friends because they deemed this protest harmful to their government interests. This must be perfectly acceptable by you, following your logic above, no?

Again, WTF are you on about?

The armed conflict started out non-violent and turned violent BECAUSE Ghadaffi started killing innocent people.
      And who is denying this?

Yes, it all makes sense now.
“A nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within. An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and carries his banner openly. But the traitor moves amongst those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself. For the traitor appears not a traitor; he speaks in accents familiar to his victims, and he wears their face and their arguments, he appeals to the baseness that lies deep in the hearts of all men. He rots the soul of a nation, he works secretly and unknown in the night to undermine the pillars of the city, he infects the body politic so that it can no longer resist. A murderer is less to fear.”

Real question is...as it should be...would more people die with US/EU envolvement than will without it? and who really benefits from US/EU involvement? The same questions applied to the current wars...hmmmmmmm....HMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM....let me think.............hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm ....hmmmmmmmmm....very difficult to quantify...but I would hazard a guess to say that more ppl died in the war in Iraq and continue to die and the same can be said of Afghanistan...MORAL CRUSADERS of the world unite and form
