In no way is he a nutjob for entertaining that possibility (though, Rolling Stone? ugh)...have you seen all of the Illuminati symbolism in the videos from Lady Gag? It's over the top, and do you not believe in the existence of the MK-ULTRA project? What he's proposing about Roughner would not be impossible based on the decades of research they've done behind the scenes.
