I understood from what he said on soundcloud that he made this mix especially to convey the spirit of Warung. Of course I could be wrong. I have been a couple of times lately.

thank u di... i,m getting a little sick of these guys downloading from sites like soundcloud and claiming the recording/set as thier own work and at the same time claiming benifits from the premium accounts they have with certain sites as the sites reward them for every bit of traffic they get

though ive spent the last years sharing the biggest trax i played out in clubs, i felt now like going way deeper and share all the beautiful gentle songs that i cant manage to play live.

there are very few venues and crowds that allow u to play really deep in a patient pace, and Warung is one of these..
