It seems to want to kill off all the popular characters, for shock value. You have to wonder if there will be any of the original characters in it by the end of the last series.

plus HBO has been showing previous seasons for two weeks, everyday...

I have a feeling they'll bring Jon Snow back to life with some sort of sorcery, they can't kill off the one good person in this fuckin series.

There are rumors abound on how Jon Snow will come back. This episode was pretty brutal but I stopped caring for the characters. The only scene that was actually surprising and poignant to me was Myrcella, that was sad; she was the one innocent. Everyone else pretty much deserved what they got, even the good ones. The whole thing with GRR is he makes sure the consequences to decisions and actions are very real.
