I saw the Ultra PPV special. Nothing great about it, except for the Rabbit in the Moon, Junkie XL and Sander sets as others mention. Definitely not worth $20 bucks. Persionally, I've gone to Ultra in the past three years. Its one of my favorite events. Its a day when all my friends meet in Miami and head out to the park. I just enjoy the time in the park and going to all the tents to check out my fav dj's and dancin' my ass off. Thats just me.

I saw Junkie XL at Ultra this year. He is such an energetic performer, but I dont see how you can enjoy anything like that on the telly. Ultra isnt all it's cracked up to be as far as THE event to go to during WMC, there is just too much going on in such a short time period, and as someone already said, most of the time the people you want to see are playing at the same time. Having said that, I do feel it is something that has to be done at least once, to go out and hang with a "few" thousand people and experience the vibe.

I have been to the wmc for 4 years now and the only year i went to the ultrafest was my first year..(and i will never go again)
I think it is kinda a joke. A bunch of candy ravers running around, not to mention it is like 90 degress....

I had a great time at Ultra. But I guess it was
just the fact that i got to be up on stage the whole
time and didn't have to rough it down in the crowd.
I liked it though, Way Out West and Rabbit in the
Moon were the best sets there though.
