ok, so say you've booked nightclub, and you can have any dj/ combination of dj's ffrom 9pm to 9am. What would your ideal 12hr set be, in order of appearence?
Phil Thompson - 1 hr 30
Danny Howells - 2hr 30
Hernan Cattaneo - 2hr 30
Johnathon Lisle - 1hr 30
John Digweed - 2hr 30
Dave Seaman - 1hr 30
i don't think DJs should be allowed to play less then 3 hours. there's hardly enough time for them to delve into the deep recesses of their collections and pull out the gems.
if you only got 1.30 hrs to play, you're gonna stick with your sure fire tracks, most likely the same tracks the other DJs have. and that's bogus man.
at minimum DJs should have to play 3 hour sets. with or without merlot.

man I wish I was into the scene back then...but even so, I only turned 21 last year so I wouldn't be able to attend any of those legendary nights.
As for my dream 12 hour party:
12-2:30: Demi
2:30 -5am: Desyn Masiello
5-6am: Demi b2b with Desyn
6am till the end: Sasha & Digweed
