meh....to tell you the truth...this is the first set I ever downloaded by Troxler and i can't say I am impressed. Second half is definitely way better than the first....but the mixing...and programming...is a big fat meh. No flow to it...and too much shitty lyrics...
Second hour has some great tunes though...can't fault that.

I cant believe how anal people get with mixing ..I think rough mixing gives it more of a raw, old skool feel to it, as opposed to the clinical modern day computer, flawless mixing.

As for this mix, I think this guy is overrated .. but I share the same views about Wolf Lamb and all those other 'trendy djs'

WTF are you talking about?? If you use traktor as the man says to begin with...there is no fucking excuse not to get beat matching perfect. Gives it a raw feel if he is using a two channel mixer and two 1210s not if he uses traktor and a controller...mixing is half of dj-ing...if you are not interested go buy a compilation cd.

yeah, his mixing is always up and down but the vibe he creates makes up for it, altho he uses traktor he always hooks the vinyls with them and the sync button dosent always work magic with that, so traktor dosent guarantee a perfect mix but off course its alot easier to do one on it than straight up vinyls or cdjs.. i can personally ignore some (i mean one or two trainwrecks max) of the mixing issues to some of my favs as opposed to track selection and order played...afterall this is an EM and im glad to see seth throwing the mix

I definitely dug it, but I tend to not fixate on how smooth each and every transition is. I leave that to the Sasha hos.
