What's that? A bank holiday you say?!?! We all know that bank holiday weekends are – quite simply – what makes the calendar great! These rare tickets to the coveted 4 day week are simply too special to ‘take it easy’ (shudder). The city comes alive and the sheer volume of parties can be dizzying!

The good news is, there is only one choice for the most sultry sounds straight outta the London underground.

On the 29th of May: Four Kings will come together to host the official afterparty of one of London’s most respected underground events –Rhythmatic (a day party at the superb Cargo with M.In & Den Ishu) http://www.facebook.com/event.php?eid=191219077587198

    Facts:

*Rhythmatic (the crème de la crème of underground events in London) will be collaborating with LaLoop (Leeds premier underground deep house night) and Press Play

*Good things come in pairs, especially pairs of pairs (it’s a Four Kings Thing)

*We are featuring some very special secret guests alongside Giom, Stathis Lazaridis and Wesley Razzy, Leif, A>D>D, Iden&Tical,

*It’s all kicking off at an amazing new space (Basing House of Shoreditch http://basinghouse.co.uk/) from 8pm - 4am

*It is only a mere 4 minute walk from Cargo

So let’s carry on getting intimate this bank holiday, fill your musical bucket and take full advantage of the extra long weekend!

    Extremely special guests

Everyone loves surprises. Our special guests are no exception. That’s all we can say for now. Don’t miss out – we wouldn’t want you to kick yourself.

    Giom

In a very short space of time, Giom has become one of the most highly sought after producers, remixers and DJs in the deep house scene. His music is consistently found at the top of download store sales charts and in the sets of DJs from house music’s jet setting elite to bedroom jocks in every corner of the world.
As a DJ, Giom is a regular at Fabric, sharing the bill with the likes of DJ Sneak, Mark Farina, Fred Everything and JT Donaldson. His energetic sets have led to a hectic tour schedule which means most weekends he can be found headlining in clubs from Australia to the United States and back around mainland Europe.

    Stathis Lazaridis

He was approximately 17 years, when Stathis L. introduced himself to the electrifying world of dance music. Starting from a small venue in his native town, his life stands a great inspiration for his innovative melodies into his sound. However his love for music doesn’t stop here. It was just few years ago, when he was beginning his 8th continuous year residency, at the world’s cutting edge and effervescent club Cavo Paradiso, in the lively Greek Island of Mykonos! Stathis L. appearance in the club culture saw him playing next to many of the worlds influential Djs, such as Carl Cox, Danny Tennaglia,, John Digweed, Laurent Garnier, Little Louie Vega, Felix Da Housecat, Harry Choo Choo Romero, Sandy Rivera, Pete Tong, Steve Lawler and many more. His ‘sympathy for the audience’ and his ‘music has no borders’ attitude made him abuse different stages in Europe, Italy and distant India. What about his music style? It is impossible to define… Deep evolution? Dark sentiments? Infectious intentions? Funky reactions? Atmospheric? Non pretentious? Quality Underground music? Tones of melancholy?

    Wesley Razzy

Rhythmatic resident, Wesley Razzy is best known for dancing in circles across the underground London scene, sending house and techno heads spinning. As part of the respected Rhythmatic collective, the UK producer has put on dancefloor breaking parties with the likes of Marco Carola, Matthias Tansmzann and Davide Squillace all at the helm. With a solid understanding for the importance of worldclass beats and underground sounds – you certainly don’t want to miss this…

    Leif

Leif has forged a reputation for his trademark sound - a blend that encompasses elements of deep / tech-house, vocal house, bleepy funk, delicate chord soundscapes and enough chicago-style shuffle to keep the dancefloor moving.....
Since 2003, he's accumulated releases and remixes on worldwide labels such as Liebe*Detail, Moon Harbour, FINA, Morris Audio, Fear of Flying, Boe Recordings, Frankie recs, Thinner, Mindtours, Textone, Telegraph, Logistic and of course his own label Trimsound.
Leif's sound has taken him all over the world including Tokyo, London, Berlin, Budapest, Munich, Franfurt, Amsterdam, Gothenburg and more. He's known for his dancefloor-friendly DJ sets, which can span a wide variety of sounds from pure deepness through to jacking Chicago house / tech and garage-infused beats.

    A>D>D

Ryan Bliss & Ryan Styles are A>D>D - hyperactive connoisseurs of fine underground house music. Unique, colourful & talented - their energy behind the decks is nothing short of infectious. When they are not in the studio, you can catch them behind the decks at infamous parties like tabula rasa and MUAK. They are as entertaining to watch as they are a pleasure to hear combining extremely technical mixing with carnival style entertainment
With roots in the superb head turning deep house label - Lost My Dog Records -and a residency at tabula rasa, you will be seeing a lot more of these two as they share the decks with an ever growing ‘who’s who’ of house music – a list that includes Milton Jackson, Jimpster, Matt Tolfrey, Maya Jane Coles, Rhythm Plate, Charles Webster and so on and so forth!

    Iden&tical

Iden&tical (Rustar & maclay) have been in and around the scene foryears. With both having a pure and true passion for music, being at the helm seemed like the logical progression. As Rustar & maclay enjoyed individual success with appearances at venues such as Cafe 1001, The Driver, Arcadia, London's infamous Lightbox, 02 Brixton Academy, various boat parties, The Wire in Leeds; a commonality in their sound became clearer. Out of this Iden&tical was born.

With these two taking control, expect the speakers to wobble to deep, dubby house heading through to bouncier climes or delving into techier more minimal territory depending on the direction the crowd lead them. One thing is for certain, heads and party animals will always be kept on their toes... Them dancing toes.
