I would agree that most world leaders possess at least one of these qualities to some extent, but I can't think of any that bring them all together to such an extreme as W. I dare say that Bush possesses these qualities in their purest form, and to the highest degree I've seen.

can't really quarrel too much with that (particularly KJI), although I actually think both of these guys have a better grip on what is going on around them than Bush does.
