was watching this from the sidelines for too long and stayed out to keep the situation from getting out of hand but I think I'll join the ranks of the MN team considering I TOO was pm'ed my Frisky because he felt this was not the right thing for an MN moderator and he had already PM'ed the moderator in question too (aka jenks)..........

Faizal .......why are you making this such a big issue when it really isnt.....its a strong opinion met by a strongER opinion.... in the world of debates... take it as a good one and end the story...... why does this have to become a stage for public bickering even if you were quoted..... you weren't quoted out of context so I dont see what the problem here is......

13kickdrums - Your arguement is so weak am surprised even the words in your post are standing still...... you're gonna bash Jenks for quoting someone (lets assume its not frisky in this case) on his own words on a public message board.... welcome to the internet buddy.... if words were meant to be hidden, they would have been concealed in contracts bound by confidentiality agreements or if you wore a skirt, hidden in your "DEAR DIARY" with a little golden lock from Grandma to safeguard all that you write in there..... if not, what you post on a banner in the towns square is public knowledge and subject to public opinion....

as for how the post was made and how he handled it...... for all the sissies in the house... this is life.... get with the program..... aint no one here to make you sit in their laps and baby feed your opinions with an extra dose of Special K to uplift your feelings.... you enter an arguement, one wins, one loses and the credits role...... so if at first you dont succeed (by saying wrong to quote someone here vs there), you try again (by adddressing people's sentiments.) wasn't executed in the best of ways here....

all said and done, just like we are not here to stop people from saying Sasha sucks and john's sounds rule, we are not here to stop someone from voicing an opinion on another person's opinion so long as the shots are not personal......

so lets not just stretch the matter any further than it went...... I do not see anything wrong with what jenks has done other than people trying to use privacy and emotions as a staging ground to take sides..... lame as can be....
