for me I'd serve my show with a glass of nice zin (perhaps Noah or St Francis).

You've got to try this one I picked up the other day. It's a 2002 Malbec from Luigi Bosca (Argentina). It had the perfect consistency and the color, WOW, the color was immaculate. Anyway, similar to a Pinot. I could drink it every evening. As a matter of fact, I'm getting ready to order a case. I should send a bottle out to ya.

I'm mostly around Sonoma/Napa wines. Noah is from Napa and I swear it was some of the best zin I've ever had. St Francis is from Kenwood (inbetween Sonoma and Santa Rosa) and every wine I've ever tried has never disappointed me.

I almost tried a St. Francis the other night. I believe it was a Merlot. Ended up siding with a couple of Stellas instead. Oh well, I kick myself in the ass now. Heading back to the restaurant this week though so I'll give it a try and give you a full report.
