'That Guy' Appreciation Thread

I just wanted to start a thread to say a huge thank you to that guy that does the cut ins on Digweed's Kiss mixes each and every week saying "John Digweed on Kiss 100, the guest mix, mix, mix, mix, mix, mix, mix, mix". The guy has shown up at the station each and every Saturday night/Sunday morning for as long as I can remember. It's a thankless job, yet he seems to sound like he's got a smile on his face each and every week.

To 'that guy': This one's for you!

what are you talking about? Recorded? Jingle? Or?....

I've never even heard of those words before, and trust me, the voices use all kinds of words when they tell me what I should be doing, at all times. I think you should take a reality check mister man.

what does he do, somehow magically get the music in some little box using demons or voodoo, that allows him to make the sound happen again later? What does he do, "save" the music and "replay" it using some "miracle technoloigy"?

you think he is doing it live or recording the track and playing it over the music. the timing is always dead on. i guess thats what it takes for a good radio show.

10 time thanks from myself too, for puting those jingles, and for saying, digweeed....(with a very low voice) and then, this is john digweed....and then (with a higher voice) digweed...kiss100,100,100..., whenever its a cool track on the set
i love those jingles
i use to love that jingle: the the friday night mix with john digweed..., kiss100,100...but now its no more
