semirecreational use will almost always lead to regular use ... Not today ... not tomorow ... but with time you`ll want more and more ... and you`ll say ... Aaaah wtf ... there`s no way I can become addicted ... let me have some more ... And all this because once your body gets used to it ... you will need more and more and more ... and more ..."I don't know what will be used in the next world war, but the 4th will be fought with stones."Comment

Well, if this girl has more than one husband at a time, she probably needs the coke to keep up. More power to her.Originally posted by esefthis is from a friend I emailed this to :
Yeah, I can actually see this trend amongst my friends, (well those who imbibe). E is something ridiculous like $3 a pill at the moment because the quality is apparently shit so people are switching to charlie instead. My sister and her husbands who used to be prolific E consumers now do Charlie and love it, I worry about them sometimes.

^^^^ That's all I need, too... (buds, that is
) I mean I "semi-recreatinally" do other stuff, but I can/could live without it, while I guess I would definitely find it hard to be without weed.

This is a trend I?ve also been seeing in the last year or so here in Portugal, and even among some of the people I personally know.
They just got "bored" with E, and went on to coke.
I myself admit that my last experience with drugs was also with cocaine, after taking E?s regularly for some years. This happened in Spain last December, and from what I could see, the same thing has been going on there for a few years now...people just switching from Ecstacy to charlie.Comment

I think it also has to do with the demographics. In 96 when E first became huge in the UK we were all in our teenage years, and frankly skint. 8 years on these same clubbers have a much larger desposible income, and considering the quality of the average UK tablet, Charlie is the next logical step. I was also really suffering on the comedowns, i?m sure they get worse the older i get. Being fcuked up for a few days for one nights pleasure is also not my idea of fun!
I really am not keen on stuffing myself with 5\6 dodgy pills while i could be flying on a little coke."Pain is only weakness leaving the body."Comment

Back in the day (four or five years ago) I used to take E all the time and was essentially my drug of choice. Since then though, I haven't taken one and to be honest don't miss it at all. My question though is - why is good E hard to come by now adays? What makes it so different compared to years passed that it sucks? I know there are bad batches and all, but to make it sound so previntly bad is weird. Just curious.Comment

Although there is a lot lot weak diluted shit around nowadays with everyone trying to make a quick buck i also think your body has built up a tolerance to pills and it takes more than just one to give you the same hit you used to get back in the old days. i know this is the case for me. i used to buy one single tablet and rock my socks off all night but that just doesn`t happen any more..... . unfortunatleyOriginally posted by jim20dee20Back in the day (four or five years ago) I used to take E all the time and was essentially my drug of choice.
