Not all, but you are correct, mobile phones have to support that option. The 911 center has to have that technology, mostly they will get the mobile service, for instance they get a direct number to RM. "BIF BITCH"
that would suck. "he had trouble talking" no kidding! Now with people switching over to internet phone companies they don't even have 911. You go through the fine print and it says that 911 will no longer be active from this line and as an added legal loophole they tell you to tell people visiting and staying at your home that 911 does not work from your line. at least the guy got a hold of someone.
