aviewaskew has announced that production on Clerks 2 is going to start in the next few weeks.

I know that on previous movies people that have shown up on location on certain days were in Kevin Smiths past movies.

keep checking the site and they usually tell you dates that they may need people.

you can only hope that it won't suck like the last couple movies he's made

Clerks is sooooooo funny it hurts. Why would you wanna spoil it with a sequel. It stands on its own as a quality film. Why ruin it??

they made a shitty teaser trailer for part 2...personally I think Kevin Smith should just die already. Jersey Girl was such a pile, and now that he's all soft and shit I don't think he can bring back the "'tude" if you will of "Clerks."

Another ill-advised sequel...there is no way anyone can tell me now that Hollywood hasn't run out of ideas. Clerks is a classic, now it will be seen as "the good one"...or "the one that doesn't suck." Kevin Smith used to be the man...someone must have swapped him out for a super-lame impostor after Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back.

Yeah I thought it actually worked as a sequel, except for that weirdass (no pun intended) bestiality scene that I felt was just there for the sake of being outrageous. The original Clerks never needed such a scene for it to be hilarious.

caught this last night and thought it was absolutely hilarious. 5 pickles.

the deleted scenes have some of the best lines in the movie too.. it's a shame they weren't included.
