This one is the best of them all but it didn't hit me for 2 reasons,
FONT
the size and position of the 2 is bery IN YOUR FACE. I dont think that mercuryserver No.2 is what we're trying to push. I could give you suggestions to a pre-existing sample. Can you come up with something creative ?? Like a wire-graph turntable or convert the MS BALL into a wire-graph. Maybe add some effects to it. This like simply putting the number 2 and the text underneath.

ok, here is some inspiration. I am at work, and I don't use photoshop anymore, but I want to do my part. I have some good ideas, please use them freely. I am assuming the current logo is some sort of picture of a mercury atom under an electron microscope or something. So I went with that idea of mercury.

I'd go with asdf's black background and font with razvan's mr yellow (with a two engraved) in the middle, behind the name.
